Before:
A homeowner in Plover saw water appearing along the wall–floor (cove) joint after storms. Puddles threatened storage, a musty odor lingered, and there was concern about both power outages and winter freeze-ups blocking the discharge line.

After:
We installed WaterGuard® interior perimeter drainage to intercept seepage and direct it to a TripleSafe® sump pump system for primary, secondary, and battery-backup protection. Outside, we added IceGuard® freeze-protection fittings on the discharge to prevent backups if the line ices up.

Now the basement stays clean, dry, and reliable through heavy rains and freezing Wisconsin winters.

Before:

After:

Once our team arrived at their home, we knew what the problem was. The soil beneath the home wasn't strong enough to support the weight of the home so it began to sink. To fix this problem, we installed our Helical Piers which are dug down deep into the Earth and rest on hard, compacted soil.

These homeowners had a repetitive amount of water seeping through their basement walls then damaging and rotting their walls. Now when water seeps through their walls it will collect in the DryTrak and be drained to the sump pump to be discharged out.
