Before:
A homeowner in Athens had a small, low-clearance crawl space with exposed soil, musty odors, and chilly floors above. Seasonal humidity led to light condensation on wood and air leaks at the rim joists made the first floor drafty.

After:
We encapsulated the space with CleanSpace® liner (floor and walls, wrapped piers, all seams sealed), insulated the crawl space walls with SilverGlo® rigid foam, and air-sealed rim joists and penetrations using RimTight™ to block outside air.

The crawl space is now dry, sealed, and insulated—improving comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency throughout the home.

After:
Sure-Dry installed a WaterGuard® Interior Drainage System along the basement’s perimeter to collect and channel any water seepage directly to a new SuperSump® system. This powerful and reliable sump pump now efficiently removes water from the basement, discharging it safely away from the foundation.

Homeowners in Junction City, WI have recently moved into their new home and have started to take into account that having wooden support beams in their basement wasn't the best idea so they gave Sure-Dry a call.

Our team came out and had a look at their support beams and poles. The problem with wooden support beams is in basements it can get very humid and wet. These wet wooden beams will then begin to mold and rot away.The floor above that they are supporting will then begin to sag and even collapse as well.

After examining the situation, our crew knew just what to do. We installed our SmartJacks and Supplemental Beams in replace of their wooden beams. Made of galvanized steel, these poles and beams will not rust or be affected by water in any way. They can adjust to any basement and work extremely well in fixing and raising basement ceilings back to normal. 

To get rid of the excess humidity in the air, we also installed our Aprilaire 1850 Dehumidifier.

These homeowners are relieved to know that their floor's support is safe and they can enjoy their new home with no worries!

Before this project, the homeowner in Junction City, WI—already a Sure-Dry customer with an existing GeoLock® Channel Anchor system in place to stabilize previous foundation wall movement—began noticing water seepage returning along the base of the walls and at the cove joint where the floor meets the wall. While the GeoLock system continued to provide structural support, rising groundwater and hydrostatic pressure were forcing water through the cold joints and along the slab edge during heavy rains and snowmelt. Moisture staining, occasional small puddles, and a musty basement odor developed along several wall runs that did not previously have interior drainage. The existing sump pump discharged properly, but without a continuous drainage system and bleeder connection from the footing, the pump was only addressing water that reached its pit, not the seepage spreading along the perimeter.

After Sure-Dry completed the work, the basement received a targeted waterproofing upgrade designed to work in harmony with the existing GeoLock Channel Anchor system. A WaterGuard® interior drainage system was installed along the affected wall runs at the footing to intercept groundwater and wall seepage before it could reach the finished floor surface. The crew also installed a bleeder line from the WaterGuard system to the homeowner’s existing sump basin, allowing collected water to drain directly into the pump for discharge outside. Concrete was carefully re-poured over the trench to restore a clean, finished slab edge, while the anchored walls remained fully supported by the previously installed GeoLock system.
The homeowner now has a structurally stabilized and dry basement, with the foundation movement controlled by GeoLock and water managed by a continuous interior drainage system tied into their existing sump pump for long-term wet basement repair performance in Junction City, WI.

Our Sure-Dry team received a call from homeowners in Coloma, WI for their outside concrete walls to be supported. Over time, they have begun to crack and bow in. 

To keep this from happening again we installed 7 GeoLocks. These locks latch onto the soil outside of the concrete slab and pull it back to its proper location.
