Our team used the PolyLevel procedure, unlike Mudjacking the foam won't wash out like soil will. Therefore, keeping the concrete in place for years to come! Followed by the PolyLevel was the NexusPro crack and joint sealant. This very adhesive glue will hold these slabs of concrete together while also blocking out any water that tries to seep down under the concrete.

In Green Bay, WI our crew installed DryTrak, one of our French Drain Systems, around the perimeter of their basement.

Due to their monolithic foundation, meaning the floor and footing are one piece, we installed the drainage system to catch water that seeps up through the concrete floor or if it seeps down their walls. Once it collects in the DryTrak it will drain it to their sump pump to be discharged out. 

This keeps their basement looking nice and dry!

This uneven sidewalk posed a tripping hazard and was an eye sore for these homeowners in Green Bay. Sure-Dry lifted and leveled the sidewalk with our PolyLevel Foam Injection System, making for a nice, even and uniform surface and then sealed all joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant to ensure water wouldn't cause a future issue. 

This uneven sidewalk was lifted and leveled with PolyLevel Foam, and then the joints were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant. The end result was a nice, even surface that was now safe to walk on.

Ice Guard was installed on a sump pump discharge line to prevent water exiting the sump pump from freezing. Sump pump discharge lines are fed outside the home, meaning it's possible they could freeze during the cold winter months. A backed-up discharge line means your sump pump won't work properly in the event of water in your basement, which will make the flooding much worse. Our solution to this problem is the IceGuard® discharge line system.

The IceGuard® fits over the top of your discharge line to provide water with a secondary escape route. When the main line is working correctly, water simply flows out as usual. However, when the discharge line is frozen, the IceGuard® allows water to escape through slotted openings in the drain pipe. This ensures that any water your sump pump is removing from your basement is safely cleared away outside your home, preventing any backed up or frozen lines. The IceGuard® is compatible with all our sump pump systems.
