Homeowners in Oshkosh, WI contacted us through our website to get help in repairing their garage concrete. Over time, their garage has continued to crack and seep. Now, there is a huge crack that is raised. 

Our crew used PolyLevel to raise the sunken slab back up to its proper location. This will eliminate the huge height difference, however, there is still a large gap left. To seal this gap we used NexusPro. NexusPro is an extremely thick and durable glue that holds concrete slabs together and will not let the slabs move back and forth.

This driveway had sunk down a few inches below the garage doors, making it hard for the homeowners to drive into it, causing a trip hazard, and pooling with water every time it rains. To fix these issues, we permanently lifted and leveled the driveway back up to the correct height with our PolyLevel Injection Foam, making for a smooth entry into the garage.

These sunken driveway slabs were causing a tripping hazard and causing an issue for the homeowners. We were able to lift and level the slabs back up to the height of the rest of the driveway using our PolyLevel Injection Foam System and then sealed the joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant to ensure water wouldn't be able to get back under the slabs and erode the dirt.
