Before: Uneven Concrete and Water Concerns

This Wisconsin Rapids homeowner was dealing with settled concrete in multiple areas—the driveway, front sidewalk leading to the deck, a slab in the backyard, and another at the back of the garage. The uneven slabs created trip hazards and were directing water toward the home, raising concerns about long-term damage.

After: Lifted, Leveled & Protected

Using our PolyLevel® foam system, we raised the sunken concrete slabs back to their proper position—improving safety and redirecting water flow away from the home. We also sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro®, a waterproof, flexible sealant that keeps moisture out and extends the life of the concrete.

Before:

Sure-Dry installed the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System to permanently stabilize the foundation walls. The system uses steel anchors embedded in undisturbed soil to counteract external pressure, halting movement and allowing gradual straightening over time.

The homeowner now has a strong, secure foundation and confidence knowing their home is protected from further wall movement and structural damage.

Before

The homeowner in Wisconsin Rapids, WI had previously addressed foundation concerns on several basement walls with a PowerBrace Wall Stabilization System. During a later inspection, additional foundation walls in other areas of the basement showed signs of inward movement and cracking caused by lateral soil pressure. Bowing walls and horizontal cracks are common warning signs that foundation walls are under stress and may require stabilization to prevent further movement.

After

Sure-Dry stabilized the remaining affected walls using the GeoLock Wall Anchor System. While the existing PowerBrace system continued to support the previously repaired walls, the GeoLock anchors were installed on separate foundation walls requiring reinforcement. The anchors were embedded in stable soil beyond the foundation and connected to galvanized steel interior anchor plates, helping counteract ongoing soil pressure and stabilize the walls against future movement.
