When a sump pump fails, you know it's time for a new one. Which is why in Neenah, WI homeowners had a 10 year old sump pump that was giving out. They knew that if they didn't act fast, the next rainstorm would flood their basement.

This basement in Neenah was suffering from water issues in the basement which the homeowners were fed up with dealing with. To remedy the issue, we installed WaterGuard Drainage System and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to effectively collect and carry any water entering the basement back outside. 

The driveway and walkway of this home in Neenah, WI was severely sunken and uneven due to years of soil erosion beneath the slabs. Not only was this not pleasant for the homeowners to look at, but it was also causing dangerous tripping hazards.  

Sure-Dry Basement Systems was able to lift and level the driveway and walkway with their PolyLevel® Injection Foam system. PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

To repair the cracks, Sure-Dry applied their NexusPro system. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry out. That means a single application can seal the joints and cracks in your concrete driveway, patio, pool deck or sidewalk for years to come, protecting it from damage caused by soil compaction and washout.
