The homeowner in Amherst Junction, WI was dealing with recurring basement water issues every time it rained. Standing water would collect along the foundation walls and floor joints, leaving behind damp spots and a persistent musty odor. After:
Sure-Dry installed a complete waterproofing system featuring the WaterGuard® interior drainage channel and the TripleSafe™ sump pump. WaterGuard was placed along the perimeter footing to intercept and direct groundwater to the new TripleSafe system, which offers three levels of pump protection — including a battery backup — to ensure reliable performance in any condition.

Sure-Dry’s team installed a series of GeoLock® Wall Anchors to permanently stabilize the retaining wall. Each anchor was embedded deep into stable soil beyond the failure zone, then connected to interior steel wall plates and tightened to pull the wall back toward its original position. This system provided immediate stabilization and the potential for further straightening over time.

The homeowner was relieved to see the wall secure and reinforced, ensuring lasting protection for the walkout area.
