Sure-Dry Before & After Photos

Out on beautiful Washington Island, WI off the Door Peninsula we transformed a crawl space from humid and musty to dry and comfortable.

Living in their home for more than 50 years, these Pulaski homeowners, find a lot of pride and joy in their home and want to make sure it is in a good, safe living condition. However, a short time ago they started to notice their first floor had areas that were sagging. Devasted and ready to fix the problem, they immediately called Sure-Dry Basement Systems to come and address their sinking floor right away.

Sure-Dry's crew came within just a few days and had applied Supplemental Beams to their basement ceiling and then attached SmartJacks to those beams. SmartJacks, made of galvanized steel, permanently stabilize the first floor from settling right away. As well as, they are meant to prevent further sagging so you won't have to deal with this issue again! However, if future settlement of the home does occur, the SmartJacks will easily be adjusted to fix the sagging floor. 

 These homeowners are pleased to hear they can continue to live in their home for many more years and not have to worry about a sagging floor!

Getting concrete replaced is a lot of work and frustrating, considering you can't drive on the new concrete for quite some time. Wouldn't it be nice if there was something that could just lift the concrete back to its normal place and not have to worry about it sinking back in the future... well there is!
