This home’s block foundation was showing clear signs of structural movement, including horizontal cracking and measurable inward bowing along multiple basement walls. After
Sure-Dry reinforced and stabilized the foundation using a combination of PowerBrace™ steel beam systems and GeoLock® Wall Anchors to counteract ongoing lateral soil pressure. The PowerBrace™ beams were anchored to the basement floor and floor framing system above, while GeoLock® anchors were embedded into stable soil beyond the foundation to permanently secure the most affected wall sections.
The foundation is now structurally stabilized and properly supported, preventing further inward movement and restoring long-term reliability to the home.

IceGuard Discharge Line System installed on this home in Plover to ensure that any water being pumped outside from their sump pump won't freeze and cause water to back up during the cold winter months. 

Sump pump discharge lines are fed outside the home, meaning it's possible they could freeze during the cold winter months. A backed-up discharge line means your sump pump won't work properly in the event of water in your basement, which will make the flooding much worse. The IceGuard® fits over the top of your discharge line to provide water with a secondary escape route. When the main line is working correctly, water simply flows out as usual. However, when the discharge line is frozen, the IceGuard® allows water to escape through slotted openings in the drain pipe. This ensures that any water your sump pump is removing from your basement is safely cleared away outside your home, preventing any backed-up or frozen lines. We injected PolyLevel® beneath the porch to fill voids and gently lift the slab back to a level, properly pitched position. We then sealed perimeter joints and cracks with NexusPro®, installing backer where needed and finishing with color-match sand for a clean, finished look.

The entry is now level with safer, more uniform step heights, improved drainage off the porch, and sealed joints to help prevent future settlement.
