Sure-Dry Before & After Photos

Before:
A homeowner in Plover saw water appearing along the wall–floor (cove) joint after storms. Puddles threatened storage, a musty odor lingered, and there was concern about both power outages and winter freeze-ups blocking the discharge line.

After:
We installed WaterGuard® interior perimeter drainage to intercept seepage and direct it to a TripleSafe® sump pump system for primary, secondary, and battery-backup protection. Outside, we added IceGuard® freeze-protection fittings on the discharge to prevent backups if the line ices up.

Now the basement stays clean, dry, and reliable through heavy rains and freezing Wisconsin winters.

Before:

This configuration provides full-perimeter stabilization with the ability for gradual corrective tightening over time.
The basement is now structurally secure, protected against continued inward movement, and ready to withstand Central Wisconsin’s seasonal soil cycles.

This basement had limited natural light and an outdated, unsafe window well that didn’t meet modern egress standards.

After:
