Before:
A Minocqua homeowner noticed bouncy, uneven floors and small gaps opening along baseboards. Interior doors had begun to stick, and hairline drywall cracks were appearing. In the crawl space, aging wood posts were bearing on thin pads over soft soil, allowing the floor system to settle.

After:
We installed the SmartJack® adjustable steel support system. Each jack was set on an engineered footing to distribute loads and resist settlement. After adding a supplemental beam where spans required it, we tightened the SmartJacks in controlled increments to bring floors back toward level and eliminate bounce.

The result is a stable first floor and a crawl space with reliable, adjustable support for long-term performance.

Before:
A Minocqua homeowner was dealing with recurring basement water after storms. Seepage appeared where the walls meet the floor, leaving puddles, musty odors, and concerns about long-term damage.

After:
We installed the WaterGuard® interior drainage system along the basement perimeter to intercept seepage at the wall-floor joint and direct it to a new SuperSump® system. The SuperSump provides reliable pumping capacity with an airtight lid, high-quality pump, and clean finish.

The basement is now dry, usable, and protected during heavy rain events.

Before:
A Minocqua homeowner was dealing with settled driveway and walkway slabs that created uneven transitions and trip hazards. Cracks and open joints allowed water to penetrate, leading to washout beneath the concrete and worsening settlement each freeze–thaw season. Staining and surface wear made the concrete look tired, even after cleaning.

After:
We lifted and stabilized the affected slabs with PolyLevel®, restoring proper elevation and drainage pitch. We then routed, cleaned, and sealed all cracks and control joints with NexusPro® to block water intrusion and accommodate seasonal movement. To finish, we applied SealantPro® across the concrete surface, creating a penetrating protective barrier that resists moisture and stains and makes future cleaning easier.

The result is level, safer concrete with sealed joints and a refreshed, protected surface—without tear-out or replacement.

Before:
The homeowner had a damp, musty crawl space with exposed soil and seasonal puddling near the access. Humid outside air and pests were entering through an unsealed hatch, leading to condensation on ducts, cold floors above, and persistent odors throughout the home.

After:
We encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, mechanically fastened up walls and sealed across the floor with tight, taped seams. A SuperSump® was installed to collect and discharge any groundwater or condensation. To control humidity year-round, we added a Sedona dehumidifier set to maintain healthy RH levels and piped its condensate to the sump. Finally, we installed a Turtle™ crawl space entrance cover to create a weather-tight, pest-resistant access point.

The crawl space is now clean, dry, and isolated from outdoor air—improving comfort and air quality in the living space above.
