• SmartJack Support Posts were installed beneath the floor joists to lift and stabilize the sagging areas above the crawl space.

• PowerBrace Wall Reinforcement Beams were anchored along the basement walls to immediately stop inward movement and allow for gradual straightening over time.

The installation was fast, precise, and minimally invasive. The floors were firm and level once again, and the basement walls were stabilized for the long term.

The rim joists in the Stevens Point, WI home were inadequately sealed and insulated, allowing drafts and moisture to enter the basement.
