I just wanted to tell you that I really learned a lot yesterday from Chris.  I have been dealing with a mess in my crawl space since August 10, 2021.  He went under my house and got all the information he needed and then we sat down and talked.  A lot of what he said about what was going on in my crawl space, I had suspected myself.  He led me through the entire process of what your company could do to make it right.  I did have a couple of semi-panic attacks and he took his time to make sure I totally understood what he was saying.  I will now be able to sleep at night knowing that Sure Dry Basement Systems is taking care of me.  I want to thank you and especially Chris for getting my life back in order.  Because of winter, some of the project will be done right away and the remainder of the project will happen in April.  You have a very honorable and patient employee with Chris Keast.

When I spoke with the rep I was pleasantly surprised by her attitude and time she took to explain how Sure-Dry operated.Jeff is very professional and through his sharing of experiences teaches a person many things they had not known or understood before. I want to thank him for all his time and shared knowledge and patience. No other company guaranteed their work. One company needed several sub contractors to do work, before and after. They didn't even remove the old insulation. Another was very expensive for the work they would do, and still, again, I would have needed sub contractors. Your company has made this their business, not a way to make money, and their continued training for their people, their knowledge and understanding of what is needed and involved is far superior to everyone else. Jeff excels as sales rep!

Cliff & I would like you to know that Nacho and his partner were very friendly, cheerful and very good workers. They did a very good clean-up job. I trust the system that was installed. We have no water pumping out at this time, but now I have peace of mind when it rains.
