The call representatives were very pleasant and answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. Donny was very thorough with his explanation of their products. Fast, clean efficient. Zero mistakes and no leakage afterwards. Once I contacted Sure-Dry, they responded promptly, sent a salesman to mees with us and he arrived on time. Everything he explained to us happened just as he explained it. There have been no problems with leakage since.

We are writing this to you because we have been wanting to tell you that you have a company that you can be so proud of. When the boys were here fixing the basement it was so hot and they worked so hard. I told them they should take a break and there was soda in the refrigerator, but they just kept on working. Everyone of those young men were courteous, respectful and love what they are doing; and they do their job well. We can hardly wait until the walls are all done and Pete can put some shelves up for us! Again we want to say “thank you” for a job well done and a dry basement. Very hard working crew. I expected a all day job and it was done in half the time with maximum mess. Now we wait for some rain!
