Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Tammy S. of Forestville, WI was experiencing water pooling in her basement and noticed that the water was coming in between the footing and foundation walls.  Along with water coming in, she was concerned about some small cracks she was noticing in the basement walls as well.  Tammy was planning to remodel her basement, but needed a professional to take care of these issues first. 

To take care of the water coming in, we installed our patented WaterGuard system.  WaterGuard takes the traditional interior drainage system to the next level by using a wall flange that allows seepage to enter the drain and collects water off the walls to easily funnel it away from the foundation. In this basement in New Franken, WI water had managed to seep it's way through the concrete pours and soak around the perimeter of the basement. 

We installed the WaterGuard System, which will collect water that seeps in and will drain it to the sump pump. With its tiny openings at the top of the guard, water will no longer be able to sit on this basement floor ever again.

After an incident of molding occurred behind their basement walls, removing the moldy drywall was important but then finding a waterproof product to replace the drywall was crucial.

Homeowners in Freedom, WI had two poorly working sump pumps and even the two of them combined couldn't pump out all the water.

Our Design Specialist CJ had the perfect system for them to get rid of one of their pumps while still guaranteeing them a high efficient sump pump. The TripleSafe had everything they needed. There are two highly powered pumps in the TripleSafe liner that can discharge a minimum of 6,000 gallons of water per hour. The third pump in the liner is a backup battery pump, therefore, in a case where the power goes out the third pump will kick in and still continue to pump water out.

This sump pump guaranteed, these homeowners a dry basement and what couldn't be better than that! 

The SuperSump pump that we installed in this picture is just right for these homeowners. Their previous sump pump was uncovered which made it very easy for water to accumulate around the top of the sump pump.
