"Doug & Jenny, I wanted to take the opportunity to send you this email regarding my recent experience with your company. Recently I had  water leak into my home and I had to begin the task of finding a contractor who could come out and help me determine where the water was coming from and how it could be fixed. My experience in finding good dependable contractors, who respond and return phone calls, is usually an unpleasant task in the rural area that I am in. I have had many negative experiences with contractors such as landscaping, roofing, heating and cooling Etc. In a lot of cases I have had companies either fail to return phone calls or show up, promises to deliver a quote and then never follow through, or just fail to show up at all when scheduled dates were agreed upon. Actions that are astounding to me considering each of these businesses are customer service related and one would think that good service delivery is key to a successful business.   I again contacted several companies seeking assistance and solutions to my problem. Yours was the best experience I encountered. My first contact was with Betty and she was not only very helpful but very understanding as well. She followed up promptly and worked with me in scheduling an inspection time. I had to change the date after originally scheduling one to which she handled and called me back on the exact dates and times she said she would. Excellent customer service skills.   Then my encounter with Zack Thomas who was the systems design specialist that performed the inspection. Zack was not only knowledgeable but also very honest. Actually pointing out certain things that other contractors had failed to notice. His theory on how and where the water was coming from and how it could be remedied actually saved me several dollars had I choses to take the advice of the other contractors. I also had an experience with another system designer by the name of Chris, (sorry I didn't get his last name) due to a scheduling change in the inspection appointment.   You should know that both these young gentlemen represented your company very well. I could tell that not only did they both enjoy what they do for a living, more importantly they liked who they worked for. They both spoke compassionately about your company's offerings. They honestly provided recommendations that fit best for me instead of trying to falsely push through a sale on a process that I didn't need, especially after traveling so far for the inspection. That told me they were trained to think about customer satisfaction first instead of a bottom line. A philosophy not performed by your competitors, particularly one right in Appleton.    I thought it important to send you both this email in order to recognize the effort of good employees but to also compliment your company's success. Most of the contractors I have ended up using were from networking with neighbors. Word of mouth referrals based on good experiences and satisfaction on the work performed. Very statisfied with the job done

I am in awe at how our sunken patio became level in just hours. We are very satisfied with their work! 

The crew did an excellent job, hard working and very thorough.  The installation crew was very hardworking, dedicated, and easy to talk with. We both enjoyed your entire crew.  They cleaned up very well and even took some items we would have had trouble discarding. 

Both crews were very knowledgeable and conscientious. Got the jobs done expertly. 

We contacted Sure Dry early in the year and with a week or so a sales rep set up a visit, from that point we made the decision to go with their suggestions on cleaning up and drying up our crawl space. We were then contacted with a construction time. From the time given for the sales rep to arrive, to the times the work crew said they would be here each day, everyone were within minutes of their said arrival times. The construction was conducted in a very timely manor and was actually completed a little ahead of schedule. We went from a dirty damp crawl space to a dry clean space that is useable as a storage space if we wish to use that way. All the Sure Dry employee’s were very easy to work with and very explanatory and up front in all the discussions on the work needed, the time to do the work needed, and the total cost with no add ons to the final cost. All the work done was done in a very professional manor, and any questions were answered completely. We would recommend them (and we have done just that) to friends and people we know that have had water issues in basements or crawl spaces.

I think it is working out really well.  We plan for four maintenance calls per year.  Once every three months to keep our system functioning and also to reduce ochre deposits in the sumps and off our pumps.
