Lifting and Leveling Concrete to Keep Water Away from their House in Appleton, WI
With all this recent rain, Steven noticed a great amount of water collecting right next to his home. Instead of making the situation worse by leaving it alone, he decided to call the experts at SureDry.
Our Design Specialist Randy concluded that the water was seeping towards his home due to his unleveled driveway. Leaving this problem unattained could lead to water seeping into his basement, which is why he scheduled PolyLevel Injection right away. The PolyLevel injection will raise the concrete back to its level position and keep water from building up by their home.
This project resulted in a level driveway and a safe, dry basement!
Crawl Space Encapsulation in Appleton, WI
This crawl space in Appleton was very inefficient which was affecting the comfort and moisture levels of the home above it. The concrete driveway in front of the garage was settling. Using our PolyLevel Injection Foam, we were able to lift the sinking area to match up with the garage. We also used our NexusPro sealant to seal any joints and cracks in the area. Our customer was very pleased with the results!
Iron Bacteria (Iron Ochre) in Basement in Appleton WI
The customer was dealing with an iron bacteria plugging up their waterproofing system (known as Iron Ochre, an orange gel-like substance that stains surfaces, omits a foul odor and if not treated, will harden and become very hard to remove). By installing the WaterGuard® IOS System® the Iron Ochre will be flushed out regularly so as to avoid any build-up of bacteria and plugging up of the system again. The customer can now rest assured that their waterproofing system will work the way it's designed to.
