The homeowner in Abbotsford, WI experienced persistent basement water intrusion during rain and snowmelt, with moisture collecting along the wall-floor joint and wicking into the lower sections of the wall. After
Sure-Dry installed a SuperSump® system to provide reliable pumping performance and upgraded drainage capacity. Along the perimeter, a WaterGuard® interior drainage system was added to capture groundwater and direct it efficiently to the new sump. To address wall moisture and vapor intrusion, CleanSpace® wall vapor barrier panels were installed to create a clean, sealed surface and channel any seepage into WaterGuard. The full system restored dry conditions and improved air quality throughout the basement.

The foundation in this basement had a large horizontal expansion crack that would consistently leak water into the basement. To permanently repair this, we used our breakthrough crack repair method called the Flexispan Crack Repair System to seal and stop the water from coming in and instead, drain it into the existing floor drainage system.  These homeowners were thrilled that the crack was taken care of and they don't have to worry about it leaking any longer.
