Before:
A homeowner in Spencer had a block basement wall showing stair-step cracking and slight inward bowing. After storms, water appeared along the wall–floor (cove) joint and moisture wicked through the lower walls, leaving a musty odor and worry about an aging sump pump keeping up.

After:
We stabilized the failing wall with the PowerBrace™ I-beam system, installed WaterGuard® interior perimeter drainage to capture seepage at the cove joint, finished the walls with the CleanSpace® liner to block vapor and direct wall moisture into the drain, and upgraded pumping to a TripleSafe® sump system with primary, secondary, and battery-backup pumps under a sealed lid with alarm.

Now the basement is structurally secure, clean, and dry—with dependable protection during heavy rains and power outages.

Before:

We finished the walls with CleanSpace® to block vapor and direct any wall moisture into the drain.
