We received a call from homeowners in Wisconsin Rapids, WI about their basement walls bowing in and cracking. 

To fix this problem, the crew installed 4 GeoLocks to their basement walls. The GeoLocks work by anchoring walls to stable, undisturbed soil outside of their home. Over time, the threaded rods will work to pull the wall back to their original location.  

With the structure of their home in good hands, these homeowners are at peace of mind. 

With occasional water issues happening, we installed the SuperSump pump to this homeowners basement. This sump pump was the best fit for their needs. It can discharge 2,200 gallons of water per hour and best yet will keep their basement dry!

The floor of this garage in Wisconsin Rapids, WI had definitely seen some better days.  Years of soil erosion underneath the floor had caused some major sinking, eventually leading to the major cracks you see in the before picture.  

To lift and level the garage floor, Sure-Dry utilized their PolyLevel® Injection Foam System.  PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

Once the floor was lifted and leveled, Sure-Dry repaired the cracks with their NexusPro solution.  NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
