Before:
A Bryant homeowner noticed horizontal cracks and inward bowing along a basement wall. Doors were sticking, and new stair-step cracks were forming near the corners—clear signs of lateral pressure from soils pushing against the foundation. The homeowner needed a permanent, non-invasive solution before the damage worsened.

After:
We installed the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System to stabilize the failing wall. Galvanized earth anchors were set in stable soil outside and connected to interior steel wall plates with high-strength rods. Once tightened, the system immediately halted movement and provided the ability to make periodic adjustments to help straighten the wall over time.

The basement is now structurally secure with minimal disturbance to the yard and a clean interior finish.

Before:
A Bryant homeowner had several settled concrete slabs (driveway/walkway areas) that created uneven transitions and trip hazards. Low spots collected water after rain, and open joints and cracks allowed more moisture to reach the base—worsening settlement through freeze–thaw cycles.

After:
We lifted and stabilized the affected slabs with PolyLevel®, injecting lightweight polyurethane beneath the concrete to fill voids and restore proper elevation and pitch. After leveling, we routed and cleaned all cracks and control joints and sealed them with NexusPro® to block water intrusion and accommodate seasonal movement.

The surfaces are now even, safer to use, and protected for the long term—without the cost and disruption of tear-out and replacement.
