Before:
A homeowner in Antigo, WI was dealing with water intrusion along a basement wall where groundwater pressure forced moisture through the cold joint. The existing sump pump struggled to keep up during heavy rain and spring thaw, allowing water to track across the slab. Inspection showed that seepage concentrated at one wall before spreading out, indicating a need for controlled drainage and an upgraded pump system.

After:
Sure-Dry installed a SuperSump® to provide reliable pumping capacity during peak moisture conditions. A WaterGuard® system was installed along the problem wall to capture seepage and direct it to the upgraded sump. A bleeder line was added to intercept groundwater entering through the wall and route it directly into the WaterGuard system.
With the new drainage path and sump upgrade, the homeowner now has a dry, controlled basement environment that performs consistently through Antigo’s wet seasons.

Before:

Before:

We installed SmartJacks® adjustable steel supports on engineered footings throughout the basement and the crawl space, added a supplemental steel beam where needed, and pre-loaded the jacks to restore proper bearing. Each jack is adjustable, allowing fine-tuning over time as the structure stabilizes.
