Before:
A homeowner in Omro noticed bouncy, uneven floors and doors that wouldn’t latch. In the basement, the main beam had sagged where temporary posts and shims were failing. In the adjacent low-clearance crawl space, wood posts were resting on soil and seasonal moisture had softened the bearing points, leading to more settlement.

After:
We installed SmartJacks® adjustable steel supports on engineered footings throughout the basement and the crawl space, added a supplemental steel beam where needed, and pre-loaded the jacks to restore proper bearing. Each jack is adjustable, allowing fine-tuning over time as the structure stabilizes.

The floors are now solid and level, and the doors operate smoothly—delivering long-term, serviceable support for the home.

Before:
A homeowner in Omro had recurring water around the sump, musty odors, and damp, unfinished basement walls. Winter made things worse with worries about the discharge line freezing and backing water into the home.

After:
We installed a TripleSafe® sump pump system (primary, secondary, and battery-backup pumps under a sealed lid with alarm), added IceGuard® fittings on the exterior discharge to prevent freeze-ups, and ran a buried discharge line to carry water well away from the foundation with a clean, low-profile finish. We also finished the foundation walls with BrightWall® panels to block vapor and create a bright, washable surface.

Now the basement stays dry, cleaner, and more reliable—through heavy storms and freezing Wisconsin winters.

Before:
A homeowner in Omro had settled concrete along the front walkway and sections of the driveway. Toe-stubbing lips formed near the garage threshold and entry, and open joints let water run toward the foundation, worsening freeze–thaw damage.

After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled panels to fill voids and lift the slabs back to a smooth, properly pitched surface. We then sealed control and expansion joints—with backer rod where needed—and applied NexusPro® sealant, finishing with color-match sand for a clean look.

The walkway and driveway are now level, safer to use, and better protected against water intrusion and seasonal movement.
