Very knowledgeable. Third estimate I received and they did not recommend all the extras that other companies did.The salesman was down to earth and understanding of our budget and provided a couple different options very friendly and outgoing.The crew did amazing they were happy and talking and laughing and whistling got along great nice to hear that. The work they did was very neat and cleaned up everything.When they were done easily explained the curing process of the concrete and what not to do.I highly recommend Sure Dry I cannot wait to have a dry clean basement.Thank You all so much!

The guy that was running our job was a great guy. All the guys worked hard. So far the job is turned out great, I haven’t tested the sump pumps yet because I have to run the pipe.

Bob, the sales person, and Jim,the repair person, both did an excellent job. I needed the work scheduled quickly and was accomodated by everyone. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. My house was built back in 1969. From that time on, for several years, I endured constant water problems in the north half of my basement which resulted in the need to constantly wet vac the concrete floor and later the nice carpeting after that area was upgraded. I even had a special carpet installed which made it much easier to wet vac the water through it. Finally, I decided, to call Sure Dry, after having other professionals install another sump pump and trying other things. From the time Sure Dry finished their installation to the present, I have experienced NO basement water problems of any kind! Thank you Sure Dry!

Sure-Dry was a pleasure to work with. From our Salesman Shane to the 2 different crews that came out to do work. They are professional, they explain everything they are doing that day. They answered all my questions and did everything just how it was explained. It was nice to work with a competent company on this project. They filled the voids under the garage floor and ground down and sealed up the cracks. They also put a drain and water channel in outside the garage to divert the water causing the problem.
