Very knowledgeable. Third estimate I received and they did not recommend all the extras that other companies did.The salesman was down to earth and understanding of our budget and provided a couple different options very friendly and outgoing.The crew did amazing they were happy and talking and laughing and whistling got along great nice to hear that. The work they did was very neat and cleaned up everything.When they were done easily explained the curing process of the concrete and what not to do.I highly recommend Sure Dry I cannot wait to have a dry clean basement.Thank You all so much!

The very heavy rains of May 16-18 promted water in my basement. The basement had been completely dry for the 27 years I have been here. Water was seeping in from very places, hairline cracks, aroung the basement. I had to pull up and throw out the laminate flooring to allow water to flow to the floor drain. I had a restoration company come. They determined the drywall and sills were not too damaged. I've had industrial floor fans and dehumidifies running since.
