Sure-Dry's work transformed my damp basement. All of the technicians have been professional and friendly. I get yearly maintenance checkups and the technicians always take care to explain what they are doing and what they observed. Nilo just stopped by for maintenance and he did a great job. He explained how to maintain my dehumidifier in between visits. He was personable and engaged when I asked questions. He provided me with additional information on how I can remedy some of the other concerns I have with my house. I recommend Sure-Dry if you're in need of services.

Jim was here on September 7 around 11:30am. Jim called us in advance, was punctual on the time and went over everything with us afterwards. I would rate Jim as high as I could. He was pleasant to work with and thorough in his report. Jim called our attention to a couple of additional Sure-Dry products which had been mentioned on our first service call. At his time we are not in the market for either but now have the information if we change our minds in the future. I hope this will suffice for rating Jim's performance as excellent. He struck me as a knowledgeable, dedicated technician and we would be happy to see him again in the future.

We removed paneling and insulation, which revealed cracks in the mortar of the block foundation in the basement. The insulation had some black speckles (mold) from water leaking in. Outside of the home, there is also a stone wall next to the exposed basement that has some cracks in it. And there are some other cracks in the stonework on the exposed basement.

My block wall basement has holes where water pours in when it rains. The paint on the walls is bubbling and peeling. All the paint has peeled off the bottom of the walls. It does not have a sump pump...only a floor drain.
