Sure-Dry was very easy to work with. Kudo's to Shane Rankin who did an excellent job describing the solution to my chronic water issue and Greg who supervised the installation of two double sump pits with a primary sump pump and a backup in each pit along with a battery backup for each. Greg did an excellent job of explaining how the new system operates. I am very pleased with the finished product.

Would recommend, although problems created with the first service from your company has caused us to be more cautious. So far, the re-doing of the problem has been sufficient....whether our unanticipated bills will be taken care of will determine our remaining satisfaction.

Both servicemen were very polite, on time, efficient & explained things well. The project looks like I expected it to - very neat. But I have no way of knowing if it was completed appropriately- I have to trust that CJ recommended Sure-Dry’s best product for the condition of my walls and that they will remain stable for at least 25 years. I really appreciated that Sure-Dry was able to change the original install date from Nov 1 to Oct 1 to Aug 27th for my convenience. I am very happy to have this project completed.
