Recently, a homeowner in Black Creek, WI, reached out to us at Sure-Dry, worried about a significant issue they were facing with their property. Their sidewalk had sunken a whopping 11 inches in front of their front door, not only making it difficult to navigate the steps but also posing a serious tripping hazard. To add to the worry, the driveway had also sunk at the garage entrance, compounding their woes and making everyday entry and exit a daunting task. Responding to their call, our Customer Care team swiftly organized a home inspection to assess the extent of the damage. Following this, a System Design Specialist from our Sales Team visited the home. They took a thorough look at the issues and recommended a tailored solution to overcome the homeowner's problems: using PolyLevel® and NexusPro® to not only lift and level the sunken concrete but also to provide a durable, long-term fix. We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail. When our production team rolled up their sleeves to tackle the job, they tuned into precision mode. Our experienced team drilled small holes in the sunken sections of the concrete providing minimal disruption. Through these, we injected PolyLevel®, a high-density polyurethane that expands and raises the concrete back to its original level. And to seal the deal, NexusPro® silicone-based sealant was skillfully applied to the joints, preventing future water intrusion. Upon completion, the change was dramatic—11 inches of void filled, and the viability of the walkway and driveway restored—as if the ground has never shifted beneath them.
