The Tech you sent was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained things in great detail, MUCH appreciated. He clarified some misgivings and went "above and beyond" to address any/all concerns I had. He also confirmed/reinstated my decision that having Sure Dry handle my basement was a wise choice.
