I was very impressed with your companies communication from the very beginning. I received several calls from Jim. When I recieved my packet, which is way above the norm, it had a highlighted sticker on it that layed out the time when Jim and Andy were coming for the estimate. They texted when they were leaving and called when they were close as I was running home form work. Yesterday there was a glitch where Sean had to run to Milwaukee for the new generator. The guys still came out later in the day as I had taken the day off work (not easy for me) to be home when they came. Very nice! Finally, I have recommended you to ****** ****** in Stevens Point, a co-worker who has the same issue with his porch slab dropping and the brick mortar cracking. He will be calling you soon. Thanks,

We got water in the basement after a heavy rain. The problem was found to be with the foundation. After a thorough inspection, it was obvious previous owners had experienced problems also but just put in new carpeting and painted the basement! Sure-Dry took time with the walk-through to explain the process to us and included detailed diagrams and work details for each room. When the team came to do the repair work, they again explained to us what they would do and how they would do it so we were comfortable with it before they started. The work was done very efficiently, exactly as they explained it to us, and they kept us updated throughout the process. When they were finished they did another walk through with us, encouraged us to ask any questions and said to feel free to call if we think of anything after they left. The clean-up after the project was superb! One gentleman even swept the front door step and wiped the doorknob clean because the weather was a little messy today! We couldn’t be happier with the professional manner of everyone involved and very impressed with the quality of work done. Kudos to Danny, Brad and Logan for all their hard work! Thanks also to Tim for patiently answering my questions. We no longer need to run to the basement every time we get rain!

We are so pleased with the whole Sure-Dry process so far. Tonya was so helpful in setting up the appointment and letting us know what and who to expect the day of our appointment. We received email and phone calls prior to the appointment day and on the appointment day, Matt called, just letting us know when they would arrive. Matt and Lauren spent almost 3 hours checking, and measuring inside and out! This team was very thorough. Our daughter, whose home this is, has gotten on the schedule to have cement lifting and sealing done in September. We are excited to see the finished project.
