Bouncing & Sagging Floors Fixed With SmartJacks in Land O' Lakes, WI

Challenge

Roger Sr. had been coming to Palmer Lake since he was a little boy and for the last 50 years, he has owned a three-season cabin on the lake. Last year he started noticing that the floors were sagging and starting to bounce and he wanted to protect the place he had loved coming to for years from falling apart.

He called Sure-Dry for a free estimate and during the inspection, I set my laser level in the crawlspace and determined that the main beam of the house was sagging one inch and with further inspection, found that the original support post was failing due to improper footing.

Solution

To address the foundation issues the cabin was having, we installed our Smart Jack Crawl Space Stabilizing System.
