Challenge

This homeowner who had resided in her current home for quite a while has now retired and plans to relocate soon. The home needs a few repairs before putting it up for sale. The initial plan was to replace the garage door which stopped working because the opening was no longer plumb due to extensive settling of the garage. Due to this issue, she hadn't been able to find a garage company who was willing to install a new door until the garage was lifted back up to the correct height and the opening fixed.

Solution

After inspection, it was determined that the garage floor had settled over three inches on two sides and was causing structural instability. PolyLevel Injection Foam was used to lift and permanently stability the garage floor, successfully restoring it to its original height and fixing the garage door opening. Margie was thrilled with the results and was able to replace the garage door and proceed with the sale of her home.
