Enclosed Concrete Patio Slab Lifted & Cracks Repaired in Green Bay, WI

Challenge

These homeowners have lived in their house for almost 30 years. The backyard is their sanctuary. They grill out back multiple times a week all year long. They have a fire pit in the back where they enjoy having bonfires any chance they get, and a garden they tend to every year to make their famous salsa. The enclosed patio behind the garage is the entryway into their backyard. This is where they like to sit and read the newspaper, and during family gatherings this is the gathering spot when it rains and where they like to sit and relax. Over time, the patio has settled and cracked. This is a very important area of their home, and they want to avoid having to tear it down and completely rebuild. They were looking for a solution that could lift the patio back up and stabilize it, as well as a solution to fill the cracks that have formed due to the settling concrete.  

Solution

These homeowners had Sure-Dry fix a water problem in their basement three years prior. They were so impressed by the professionalism of Sure-Dry and how they fixed their water issue, that when they discovered that Sure-Dry also lifts and levels concrete, it was a no-brainer that they were the company to fix the patio as well.

The patio had settled over an inch away from the house, and that settlement had caused over 15ft of cracks throughout the patio slab. While Sure-Dry was there, the homeowners pointed out to the foreman a settled area of the driveway. While a crew member was repairing the cracks in the patio, the foreman Will B., was able to also quickly lift the sunken areas of the driveway for them. The homeowners were very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and most importantly the results that Sure-Dry was able to deliver for his patio.
