Solution

In order to lift and level the sunken and uneven concrete, Sure-Dry Basement Systems applied their PolyLevel® Injection Foam system.  PolyLevel® is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

To fix the cracks, Sure-Dry applied their NexusPro Solution.  NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
