Settling Concrete in Neenah, WI

Challenge

The older driveway and sidewalk on the front of these homeowners home in Neenah, WI had cracks, tripping hazards, and a speed bump into the garage caused by sinking concrete. Without repair, the driveway would surely need to be torn out and replaced; a very expensive and disruptive solution that could re-settle and crack all over again.

Solution

In a matter of a few hours, our production team lifted, leveled, and void filled the failing concrete areas with our exclusive Poly Level system. Our material and methods are proven and carry a 5-year warranty against more than ¼” settlement, something that new concrete can never offer. The penny-sized installation port holes quickly disappear with weathering! 

To divert water from the joints, the crew ground out the cracks and joints and put in Nexus Pro, a long-lasting silicon-based sealant, formulated especially for us. To help it blend in with the seasoned concrete, they sprinkled native sand on while it is still damp. Making no access for water to fall in between the cracks.

These happy homeowners are now ready to shovel and snow blow many inches of Wisconsin snow without the gut-busting bumps!
