Wall Cracks and Water Issues Repaired with Sump Pump, Drainage and Wall Repair System in Marinette, WI

Challenge

When I met Crystal, she explained she had resided in the house and had grown accustomed to its surroundings. However, the landlord's intention to sell the property led her to make an offer. Before moving forward, she desired to address some long-standing issues with the property, including cracked walls and an unfinished basement space.

During our inspection of the property, it was discovered that there wasn't a water control or sump system in place it was explained to Crystal that hydrostatic pressure due to water and expanding and contracting soil is what was causing the wall cracking and deflection issues.

Solution

Together, we worked on a proposal that included a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, WaterGuard Drainage System and IceGuard Water Discharge System to take care of the water issues, and our CarbonArmor Wall Stabilization System to fix the foundation cracking issues which would allow for more space to finish the basement. Crystal was delighted with the outcome of the project and is eager to move forward with finishing the basement of her first home.
