Basement Drainage Issues Resolved in Oshkosh, WI

Challenge

This homeowner called us because the basement had been wet for decades. As they got older, they did not want to continue to deal with the issues that arise, such as pushing water around, having things damaged, vacuuming, and just worrying about what happens when it rains heavily and the snow melts.

Solution

We recommended our WaterGuard Drainage System, along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. We installed this throughout the basement, including around interior block walls. There was also a floor crack that leaked water regularly, and we installed our Bleeder Line solution along this crack to ensure all of that water was also directed toward the sump pump. This helped to protect the water heater and furnace that were in that area. Finally, we then directed the water outside, rather than into the septic system, with our IceGuard Discharge Line System to ensure that the home was now code compliant and that the water would safely exit the area of the home without having issues with freezing while doing so. She was very happy with the results and looking forward to a dry basement.
