WaterGuard & CleanSpace in Menasha, WI

Challenge

I was called to a home in Menasha to work with a homeowner who had concerns with her newly purchased 1^st home. During my inspection, I noticed many issues with water entering her home. Not only at the base of the basement wall but thru the many cracks and mortar joints in her block wall. She wanted to be able to use her basement for storage and was expecting a new addition to the family soon. Needless to say, this was not the situation that she wanted for her growing family.

Solution

To solve this problem permanently, I proposed a complete water control system consisting of our patented WaterGuard, which will address all of the water concerns around the perimeter of the foundation by capturing water at the footing/wall joint and CleanSpace, ensuring any water entering into the basement thru the walls is collected and directed to the perimeter solution (WaterGuard). This homeowner can now rest easy knowing the items she wishes to store in the basement are safe from experiencing water damage, and should she decide to finish her basement, she can do so with complete confidence knowing now her home is truly safe and dry.
