Waterproofing a Basement with DryTrak in Bowler, WI

The basement of this home in Bowler, WI had water finding its way into it through the basement walls and the homeowners had no system in place to collect and drain the water out of the basement and away from the home.  And because this home has a monolithic foundation, Sure-Dry was unable to jackhammer to install a drain system.  

Solution

To solve these homeowners' water issues, Sure-Dry installed their DryTrak® Baseboard Drain Pipe System.  This system installs over the top of the floor, eliminating the need for excessive excavation.

DryTrak® provides the same protection and drainage for water seeping through foundation walls, while also giving the clean, finished appearance of a baseboard. The drain is secured to the floor with only a slight opening at the top, allowing water to flow in and drain to your sump pump. DryTrak® comes with a written warranty.
