This home had several issues that they needed Sure-Dry's help with.  Their concrete patio walls were starting to cave in, and water was finding its way into their basement.  

Solution

To repair the caving patio walls, Sure-Dry installed their Geo-Lock™ Foundation Wall Anchor System.  This innovative wall anchor system will permanently stabilize your foundation wall by anchoring your walls to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond your foundation.  After installation, wall anchors can often be tightened over time to further straighten your foundation walls and pull them back to their original position.

To solve the water issue in their basement, Sure-Dry first installed their WaterGuard® system.  The WaterGuard® system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to your sump pump. The system installs quickly and has a clean finished appearance, meaning you don't have to worry about having an unsightly drain around the basement. 

To drain and discharge the water being collected by the WaterGuard system, Sure-Dry installed their SuperSump® Premier Pump System. It is engineered to help keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods of time, even in times of heavy water intrusion. The SuperSump® includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. The SuperSump® can also be installed with an optional UltraSump® Battery Backup Sump Pump, which can pump out 11,500 gallons or more on a single charge!
