WaterGuard installed for Basement Waterproofing in Marathon, WI

Challenge

This homeowner had an older country home with a stone foundation. Every spring and during heavy rains the basement looked like it had several rivers running through it. They could not put anything on the floors and the humidity was hurting the items in the basement. They were afraid to store anything in the basement. They also had a Radon system so we had to make sure we did not affect the performance.

Solution

To resolve these issues for the homeowner, we installed perimeter WaterGuard to keep the basement dry and humidity down. They feel comfortable with storing their items in their basement now and are pleased that their quality of life upstairs has improved as well. We were able to make sure that their radon system was not affected by installing water control system.

WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of their basement to catch any water and discharge it to the sump pump.
