The inspection of a finished basement in Marshfield showed the classic signs of water intrusion; all the carpet had been torn out, furniture had been moved, a shop vac stood and fans were running everywhere. They were desperately trying to dry out the finished drywall of their multi-room lower level before mold growth occurs. All the while fearing the next heavy rain, which would bring more water and more humidity. To solve their problem, I put together a complete turnkey solution to fit their homes needs. This involved our Triple Safe Sump, Water Guard, Everlast Restoration Wall, an Aprilaire 1830 Dehumidifier, and buried discharge lines, so they could get rid of long pieces of PVC laying across their yard. All these inclusions work together perfectly to keep water out completely. These homeowners can now use their finished basement correctly, while also knowing they won't have to worry about the next heavy rainfall! Soggy Finished Basement
