Post #8: Tim Costello, System Design Specialist - Sure-Dry Basement Systems
As the pandemic continues to unfold, I am reflective of many things we take for granted: a friendly handshake, an encouraging hug, and being able to stand shoulder to shoulder with our family, friends, collegues and customers.
Being a higher risk male over age 55, I am thankful Sure-Dry is allowing me to stay home during this time. I have taken the time to take inventory of my tools which we use to help our customers. To ensure their experience is remarkable, we have a number of tools we use to help diagnose the problems they are having in their home. Similar to a doctor diagnosing a patient, instead of measuring blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, examining your ears, tongue etc., we measure with a laser to determine inward deflection and settlement, we use a hygrometer to measure humidity levels, we have thermal guns to determine heat loss, we use soil pods to determine foundation type, and we use facemasks, safety glasses and body coverings to crawl through and inspect spaces where most customers cannot go. We do all this to ensure we have the proper diagnosis, in order to come up with the perfect solution for their homes. I cannot wait for things to be back to normal, so I can help my customers again.
God bless,
Tim Costello
