I have been really pleased with my experience so far with Sure-Dry. They have honored all Quotes and, from the gals who handle the phones, the Salesman who worked up our project estimate, and the guys who get their hands dirty while doing the hard part, everyone had been fantastic.The project took more than one visit from SD, but that was only because I had to contact the City Street Dept. to get some work done by them, before we could proceed with the work contracted through Sure-Dry.SD offers a FIVE YEAR WARRANTY on their work (product and labor). If any cement begins to settle too low again (only original areas that had been worked on previously are covered) during the 5 year period, and you have done your part to keep things properly maintained (seal any gaps, cracks with proper product) they will return and lift that area of concrete, all under Warranty! That is a very big part of why we decided to give Sure-Dry, and their unique way of raising concrete slabs, a try. Their Warranty is really good. It was try Sure-Dry, or have our driveway and walkways busted out and re-poured, at a very large amount of money!For reliable, professional concrete raising services, I would not hesitate one bit about calling Sure-Dry again!
