Job review from Gene & Deb in Stevens Point, WI 54482 on 11/14/23

We got water in the basement after a heavy rain. The problem was found to be with the foundation. After a thorough inspection, it was obvious previous owners had experienced problems also but just put in new carpeting and painted the basement! Sure-Dry took time with the walk-through to explain the process to us and included detailed diagrams and work details for each room. When the team came to do the repair work, they again explained to us what they would do and how they would do it so we were comfortable with it before they started. The work was done very efficiently, exactly as they explained it to us, and they kept us updated throughout the process. When they were finished they did another walk through with us, encouraged us to ask any questions and said to feel free to call if we think of anything after they left. The clean-up after the project was superb! One gentleman even swept the front door step and wiped the doorknob clean because the weather was a little messy today! We couldn’t be happier with the professional manner of everyone involved and very impressed with the quality of work done. Kudos to Danny, Brad and Logan for all their hard work! Thanks also to Tim for patiently answering my questions. We no longer need to run to the basement every time we get rain!
