Wet & Humid Basement Issues Resolved in Oshkosh, WI

Challenge

The basement of this Oshkosh home had been suffering from water and moisture problems which was evident from a lot of water staining and high-humidity levels. The owner and her mother wanted to get the issues resolved and cleaned up so the grandkids would have a safe and healthy place to play, and to protect the value of the home. During the inspection, it was found that the drain tile and the existing sump pump had failed and hadn't been working properly which was evidenced by rot and mold growth to the previously finished walls.

Solution
