Challenge

These homeowners purchased a single-story home with an unfinished basement. Since both of them work from home, they wanted to utilize the unusable, unfinished basement space by converting it into a master bedroom, bathroom and office. To kick off the project, they wanted to install an Egress window which would not only provide more natural light but would also provide an emergency exit and ensure everything was up to code. Solution
