Challenge
This home in Eldorado, WI had several issues in their basement. Hydrostatic pressure from the wet soil surrounding the foundation caused the walls to crack and bow inward. Because of this, water, which finds the path of least resistance, was finding its way into the basement through these cracks and pooling on the basement floor causing damage.
Solution

Heavy-duty, galvanized earth anchors are embedded in stable, undisturbed soil outside your foundation wall. Each anchor is connected by a steel rod to a wall plate that provides clamping pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. This method also offers the potential to straighten the wall back to its original position.
To trap the water coming in through the walls, Sure-Dry installed their CleanSpace® Wall System. The CleanSpace® Wall System can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. This system installs over the top of the floor, eliminating the need for excessive excavation. DryTrak® provides the same protection and drainage for water seeping through foundation walls, while also giving the clean, finished appearance of a baseboard.
