Protecting a Home's Future in Elcho, WI

In Elcho, WI, homeowners called our Sure-Dry team to have their crawlspace dried. After hearing that water can easily seep into their crawlspace and collect in the floor joists and their wooden supports, they were eager to have the problem solved. 

Solution

Our System Design Specialist, Mike Collison, arrived at their home for their free estimate. He examined their crawlspace in great detail and came up with the best solution for their home's needs. 

Our crew was ready for action. First, they removed all debris that was in the crawlspace. They then pulled out the old black tarp that had been left there to try and keep water out.

To then completely remove all water from ever entering their crawlspace, we installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation. This product acts as a thick, durable liner that blocks out all water and water vapor from ever entering through. This will then protect their wooden floor joists and wooden supports from ever getting moldy and rotten. 

With a clean and dry crawlspace, these homeowners won't have to worry about their home's future rotting away.
