Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Crawlspace Waterproofing in Baileys Harbor, WI

For homeowners in Baileys Harbor, WI, they needed a major waterproofing project done to their crawlspace. The crew got to work immediately upon arrival. They installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump and our DryTrak. These two together will keep all water out from their crawlspace for good. They then installed SilverGlo all along their crawlspace's walls. This product reflects heat back into the crawlspace which in the end lowers their heating bill. With a big waterproofing job finished, these homeowners couldn't be happier with the end result.

Crawlspace Before Water Removal

From years of unattained water in their crawlspace, it had begun to rot and mold.

Old Open Sump Pump

With an open sump pump, water would accumulate around the sump pump and it wasn't able to discharge a lot of water in a short time which would result in flooding.

Triple the Protection

The crew installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System which has two highly powered pumps that can discharge a minimum of 6,000 gallons of water per hour. Then there's the UltraSump which is a backup battery operated pump. It will continue to discharge water even with the power out.

DryTrak Installed

When water seeps through the concrete walls due to how intense the pressure from the earth is, the water will settle on the floor. The DryTrak will collect the water that falls down from the walls and will drain it to the sump pump.

Thermal Insulation Installed

From little to no insulation coming from the concrete, it was important that they had the SilverGlo product. This product reflects heat back into their crawlspace.
